The Monthly Plan Review is not a visit you invent on the morning you feel guilty. It is a weekday held in the book, close to payday, with one household in the room and last month’s sheet already on the table.
If no sheet exists, the first hour is a Savings Habit Sitting. If the purse has several earners, a stall, or a seasonal clump, the first long morning is a Household Cash Map. We say which of those you need when we reply to your note.
After that sheet exists, we offer a repeating day for the Monthly Plan Review: often the Thursday after a salary, or the Monday after a weekend stall count. The day is yours for seventy-five minutes. It is written for the months ahead so a festival does not push it off the page.
Households with several adults who must agree the figures add a Quarterly Savings Council every three months. Between councils, one named person attends the monthly review with authority to keep the signed amounts.
Rubber payments and shop weeks move. Tell us two days ahead and the standing hour can move inside the same week. A change asked for on the morning itself is treated as a late cancellation, which the refund page describes.
Aminah keeps four monthly reviews on a full day, with the midday pause left empty. Wichai keeps two cash maps, because three hours twice is the honest limit of that work. The quarterly council uses a late afternoon and no other household is booked against it.
Tuesday through Saturday are the open days, 09:00–16:30. Sunday and Monday are shut. A sitting that would fall on a Thai public holiday is moved when the holiday is announced, and that move is ours to arrange.
