Terms of the practice

Acceptance

By reading these pages, sending a note through the sitting form, telephoning 073612480, or attending a sitting, you deal with the practice on these terms. If you attend on behalf of a household, you confirm that the adults who will initial the sheet know you have written to us. If you do not accept the terms, please leave the site and refrain from booking.

The practice

The official registered business name is Intellect Harvest Financial Planning, established in 2016. The sitting room is at Tambon Su-ngai Kolok, Amphoe Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat 96120. Email: info@intellectharvest.click. Telephone: 073612480.

We provide in-person conversations and written household sheets about personal savings habits and monthly plan reviews. A sitting produces a plan the household can follow. It does not produce a bank account, an insurance policy, a securities trade, a tax filing, or a loan. Those matters stay with the bank, the insurer, a licensed dealer, a tax preparer, or the lender.

Bookings and fees

Fees shown on the site are the current office rates and are informational until we confirm a sitting in reply to you. A preferred date in the form is a request. The sitting is booked only when we confirm the day and the fee. Payment is taken at the office in cash or by transfer, as described on the fees page. The website has no checkout.

Cancellation, rescheduling, holding amounts, and refunds are set out on the refund page, which forms part of these terms.

Your part in the room

The sheet is only as honest as the notes you choose to bring. You may withhold a figure; we will mark the line as withheld rather than invent a total. Please do not bring PINs, passwords, or signing devices. Please come at the confirmed time so the next household is not kept waiting. One sitting is one household.

Intellectual property

The wording, arrangement, and illustrations on this website, and the blank stationery of the practice, belong to Intellect Harvest Financial Planning. You may not copy the site for your own commercial planning service. A completed monthly sheet or habit note that has been initialed for your household belongs to you. The practice keeps a file copy so the next sitting can start from it. We do not publish your sheet. Client notes on the reviews page are used only with permission and in the form the household agreed.

Acceptable use of the site

Use the form to ask about a sitting. Do not send malicious code, automated floods of messages, or another person’s details without their knowledge. We may ignore a message that is unrelated to a household plan or that asks us to do work outside the sittings we offer.

Liability

A monthly plan is a record of decisions made in the room. Households remain responsible for moving their own money, paying their own bills, and checking figures against passbooks and envelopes. We are liable for a loss caused by our failure to take reasonable care in conducting the sitting, to the extent Thai law allows a claim. We do not exclude liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such an exclusion would be void.

We are not liable for market prices of gold, rubber, or currency, for a bank’s delay, for a supplier who changes a due date after the sheet was written, or for decisions you take after you leave the room that depart from the initialed sheet. The site is offered as information about the practice. A page being temporarily unavailable does not create a claim.

Privacy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes should first be sent in writing to info@intellectharvest.click so we can try to resolve them at the practice. If they are not resolved, they are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, including the courts competent for Narathiwat where that is the proper venue.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. A sitting already confirmed is held on the terms in force when we confirmed it, together with the refund rules that applied on that date. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms for new messages and new bookings.
