Refunds, cancellations, and moved hours

Who may ask

The person who paid, or an adult of the same household named in the appointment book, may ask for a refund or a change of date. Write to info@intellectharvest.click, telephone 073612480, or come to Tambon Su-ngai Kolok, Amphoe Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat 96120 on an office day.

Holding amounts and prepayment

A single Savings Habit Sitting, Monthly Plan Review, or Household Cash Map does not require a holding amount. You may pay at the start of the hour. If you choose to prepay one or more monthly reviews, the sum is written in the practice book against those dates.

The Quarterly Savings Council uses an 800 baht holding amount, recorded at the office when the date is confirmed. If you attend, it is applied to the 4,800 baht fee. It is not an extra charge.

Cancellation and a full refund

If you cancel a prepaid sitting, or ask for the council’s holding amount back, at least forty-eight hours before the confirmed start, we refund the amount paid for that sitting in full. A holiday closure announced by the practice is treated the same way if you would rather not take the new date we offer: the fee or holding amount for the moved sitting is refunded in full.

Partial refund

If you cancel inside forty-eight hours, half of the fee paid for that sitting is refunded and half is retained for the hour we could not offer to another household. If a Household Cash Map has already begun and you stop it before the first hour is finished, half the map fee is retained and the rest is refunded. If the map sheet is finished, the full map fee stands.

If a Monthly Plan Review has started and you leave before the new sheet is initialed, the sitting fee is retained. The unfinished notes are given to you; they are not billed as a second sitting.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not send word before the start time, a prepaid sitting fee is retained, and the 800 baht council holding amount is retained. We wait fifteen minutes, then release the room. You may book a later date at the ordinary fee.

Rescheduling

One change of date, asked for at least forty-eight hours before the sitting, is free. The fee stays attached to the new date. A second change in the same month is treated as a cancellation under the timing rules above. If you are ill, send word and, when you can, a short note from a clinic; we will move the sitting once in a calendar year even inside forty-eight hours, without keeping a portion of the fee.

Work already started and printed copies

A sheet that has been initialed is the work of a completed sitting and is not refundable. Draft notes from a map that was stopped early are handed over with the partial refund described above; we do not keep a second fee for those pages. An extra bound copy printed after the sitting for 150 baht is not refundable once it has been printed, because the paper and binding have been used. The copy included in the sitting fee is part of that sitting, not a separate sale.

What we do not refund

We do not refund a sitting you attended and finished. We do not refund travel you arranged to reach Su-ngai Kolok. We do not refund a third-party cost such as a gold purchase or a bank fee you made after a sitting, even if the sheet discussed it. There is nothing to refund for simply reading the site, because the site takes no payment.

Method and timing

Refunds go back by the means you paid. Cash paid at the office is returned in cash when you come in, on the same office day if the book still holds the sum, or on the next office day if the amount must be withdrawn. A transfer is returned to the account that paid, within seven working days after we confirm the refund. We do not send a refund to a different person’s account unless you ask in writing and the original payer agrees.

Exceptions

If we cancel because Aminah or Wichai cannot sit, you may take a full refund of any amount already paid for that date or take the next open hour at no extra fee. A public holiday that closes the room is moved at our initiative, as stated above. These rules cover the four sittings the practice offers.
