Privacy
This page explains how Intellect Harvest Financial Planning handles personal details when you write, telephone, or sit with us about personal savings habits and monthly plan reviews. It was last revised on 20 September 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Intellect Harvest Financial Planning, established in 2016. The sitting room and the cabinet of files are at Tambon Su-ngai Kolok, Amphoe Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat 96120. Email info@intellectharvest.click. Telephone 073612480. Privacy requests may be sent to that email with the subject line “Privacy request”.
Details we hold
From the sitting form we collect your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, an optional language for the written plan, and the message you write. If you telephone, we note the name, the number you called from if it displays, and the substance of the request.
If you become a client, the file may also hold the sheets we write together, notes of income dates and obligations you choose to bring, the language of the plan, attendance, fees paid, and refund correspondence. We do not ask for national identity numbers, bank passwords, card numbers, or health diagnoses. A school-fee date or a medical bill you choose to mention may appear on a sheet because you put it there.
Why we hold them
We use these details to answer you, to offer a time, to conduct the sitting, to keep the file copy of your plan, to issue a receipt, and to handle a cancellation or refund. The legal bases we rely on under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 are steps toward a contract and performance of a contract when you book, compliance with a legal duty where a receipt or tax record requires it, and our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate practice book and in defending a dispute. Where a basis is consent — for example if we ever asked to quote you on the reviews page — you may withdraw that consent without affecting a sitting already held.
Retention
Messages from people who do not book a sitting are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted from the mailbox and any paper slip. Client plan files are kept for seven years after the last sitting, then shredded or deleted. Fee and receipt records may be kept for the period Thai tax rules require. The cookie choice described on the cookies page stays in your browser until you clear it; we do not receive a copy of that choice on our server.
Sharing
We do not sell personal details. We do not pass your sheet to an insurer, a fund seller, or a lender. A file leaves the cabinet if you ask us to hand you the copy, if a Thai court or competent authority requires it, or if a bookkeeper engaged by the practice needs the fee line and not the household story. Staff are Aminah Lateh and Wichai Saelim. Both handle files only for the sittings they conduct.
International transfers
Plan files are kept in Su-ngai Kolok. We do not routinely send them abroad. If you email us, or if we email you, the message may pass through mail servers outside Thailand depending on the mail services at each end. A request for the typefaces used on this site is made to Google Fonts; that request carries your browser’s network address to Google. We do not control Google’s later use of that connection data. You can block third-party requests in your browser and the pages will fall back to the serif faces already on your device.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask to access the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict their use, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a portable copy of details you provided. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. We may need to keep a fee record or a sheet where a legal duty or a dispute requires it, even after a deletion request for the rest of the file. We answer privacy requests within thirty days, or we write to explain a permitted extension.
Children
Sittings are arranged with adults. We do not seek an account of a child’s life beyond a school-fee date or similar household cost that an adult chooses to place on the sheet. A young person should not send the form on someone else’s behalf.
Security
Paper files are in a cabinet in the sitting room. Mail is read on office days. No method of sending a message across the internet is free of risk; please do not put account passwords or full card numbers in the form.
