Quarterly Savings Council

The Quarterly Savings Council is the sitting for households whose monthly review keeps stalling because the people who put money in are never in the room together. For two hours, up to four adults agree the next quarter on paper.

Who it is for

Households where a parent, a spouse, and a working son or daughter all contribute, and where festival months or school terms keep undoing the monthly sheet.

What you leave with

A quarter sheet signed by the adults present: the savings amount for each of the next three months, the festival or school amount that is protected, and the name of the person who will attend the monthly reviews in between.

The course of the sitting

Last quarter on the table The three monthly sheets are laid out. Missed transfers are named without being turned into a speech.
The protected amount School terms, Hari Raya, Songkran travel, or a known medical cost are written first, so savings are agreed from what remains.
Three monthly amounts Each of the next three months gets its own savings figure. A heavy income month is not copied onto a quiet month.
Who returns One adult is named to attend the monthly reviews. The others are not required every month, but they have signed the figures.

Limits we keep

Everyone who signs must be in the room. We do not take a signature home for later.
The council is one household. Business partners who do not share a purse belong in a different conversation.
A holding amount of 800 baht is recorded at the office when the date is confirmed, and it is applied to the fee if you attend.
